UX/UI Designer

I’ve worked at Rovio for 2 years as a UXUI Designer and Artist for Angry Birds 2 mobile game. I’ve been part of the early game team leading the redesign of big features.

Key Responsibilities

Sit with Game Design to understand KPIs, goals, and craft solutions.
Data Analysis using internal tool Beacon.
UX Research with effective systems for crafting the best solutions.
UI Design and prototype of features.
Test and validation using PlayTestCloud, Surveys, internal playtests.
UI implementation on Unity.

Achievements

Built a component Design System on Figma covering every screen of the game.
Brought, used and established UX principles within the team and works.
Lead key feature redesigns, such as Homescreen, Flock Power HUB and Shops.
Improved early player experience increasing retention.
